I’m still recovering from BMADD… “Business Model ADD”.  In the past, whenever discouragement came in my business, I’d take out a blank piece of paper and start doodling and brainstorming a new business model I could follow.

One day I wrote at the top of this paper, “What is making me money?”  Then I wrote down the business idea that was bringing in consistent income.  Then instead of coming up with brand new ideas, I decided to focus only on ideas that would optimize what was currently making me money.

Sure, I’ve got other ideas lingering around my head.  But to make the most money, I realize I needed to put most of my efforts into what I know is already working.

If it works, do more of it!
